Solves #4 and weird "/me said" errors by taking it off.

Unfortunately, requires a database update: all characters have the command set of the old RPModule, so they have to be reloaded.

(This is also a problem if we want to patch RPModule because we'd want to move it to some other directory and then we'll have to edit the CommandSet anyway)
